Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear statement of your decision.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Early Start of Services

CookieJar Shooting provides digital services that are individually created for each customer after payment and submission of the required information and shooting videos.

By expressly requesting that the service begins before the statutory withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that work on your individualized shooting analysis and training concept may begin immediately after your submission has been completed.

Where permitted by applicable consumer protection law, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once the agreed digital service has been fully performed.
