Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify CookieJar Shooting by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory. A withdrawal may also be communicated by another clear statement.

From 1 October 2026, where applicable, consumers may also use the online withdrawal function provided on the CookieJar Shooting website.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, subject to any statutory right to payment for services already performed before the withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We will not charge you any fees for the reimbursement.

Early Start of Services

CookieJar Shooting provides individualized basketball shooting analysis, technical feedback and individualized training concepts as services.

If you expressly request that CookieJar Shooting begin providing the service before the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the service may begin before the end of that period.

This request is made separately during checkout. The customer must expressly request the early commencement of the service.

If you withdraw from the contract after the service has already begun but before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service already provided up to the time at which you communicate your withdrawal.

The proportionate amount is calculated in relation to the total contract price and the services already provided.

This obligation only applies to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law and where the legally required information and express request for early performance have been provided.

Loss of the Right of Withdrawal After Full Performance

If the customer has expressly requested that CookieJar Shooting begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period and the service is fully performed before the withdrawal period expires, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire where the legal requirements for the loss of the right have been fulfilled.

During checkout, the customer is separately informed of this consequence and is asked to confirm that they understand that the right of withdrawal may be lost upon complete performance of the service.

The loss of the withdrawal right applies only where the applicable statutory requirements have been fulfilled.
