These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided through CookieJar Shooting, including Cookie Pro and Cookie Pro+.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions where they have been validly incorporated into the contract.

3. Cookie Pro

Cookie Pro is a personalized basketball shooting analysis.

The customer submits the information requested during the submission process as well as a front-view and side-view video of their basketball shot.

CookieJar Shooting reviews the submitted shooting mechanics and provides personalized feedback, including identified strengths, areas for improvement, corrections and an improvement plan.

The current price for Cookie Pro is €39 as displayed before checkout.

4. Cookie Pro Delivery

Cookie Pro is generally delivered within 24–48 hours after both successful payment and receipt of all information and usable videos required to perform the analysis.

The 24–48 hour period does not begin until the required submission is complete.

If submitted videos are incomplete, corrupted, inaccessible or unsuitable for a meaningful shooting analysis, CookieJar Shooting may request replacement videos. In such cases, the expected delivery period begins once suitable replacement material has been received.

The stated delivery period is an expected service timeframe. Exceptional circumstances may result in reasonable delays. Where relevant, the customer will be informed.

5. Cookie Pro+

Cookie Pro+ is an extended shooting development service for a period of 60 days, designed for players who want continued technical feedback on their shooting mechanics.

Cookie Pro+ includes the Cookie Pro shooting analysis together with follow-up video reviews, updated individualized training concepts and ongoing technical feedback relating to the player's shooting mechanics.

Cookie Pro+ focuses exclusively on basketball shooting analysis and the development of individualized training concepts. It does not include medical, therapeutic, psychological or mental performance services.

The price for Cookie Pro+ is €129.

6. Cookie Pro+ Service Period

The Cookie Pro+ service period is 60 days and begins when CookieJar Shooting confirms the start of the purchased service.

During the 60-day service period, customers may submit follow-up shooting videos in accordance with the selected package in order to receive updated shooting analysis, technical feedback and individualized training concepts.

CookieJar Shooting aims to provide feedback within the timeframes communicated during the service. Unused opportunities for follow-up reviews do not automatically extend the 60-day service period unless otherwise agreed.

7. Orders and Contract Formation

The presentation of CookieJar Shooting services on the website does not by itself constitute a binding contractual offer.

During checkout, the customer selects the desired service and provides the information required for payment.

A contract is concluded when the order is accepted by CookieJar Shooting, for example through an order confirmation or the commencement of the purchased service.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the ordering and submission process.

8. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed on the website at the time of purchase apply to the order.

Payments are processed through Stripe. The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

The purchased service will only be provided after successful payment unless otherwise expressly agreed.

9. Players Under 18

Players under the age of 18 are welcome to use CookieJar Shooting.

Minors may only enter into a purchase to the extent that they are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. Where the consent or involvement of a parent or legal guardian is required, the purchase must be made or approved by that parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian may purchase CookieJar Shooting services on behalf of a minor player.

10. Submitted Videos

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to submit all videos and other material provided to CookieJar Shooting.

Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information or recordings of third parties.

If other identifiable persons appear in a submitted recording, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the recording may lawfully be provided for the intended shooting analysis and training concept service.

The handling and retention of submitted videos is further described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service Results

CookieJar Shooting provides individualized shooting analysis, technical feedback and training concepts based on the videos and information submitted by the customer.

Athletic development depends on numerous factors, including the customer's commitment, consistency, physical condition, implementation of the provided training concepts and individual circumstances beyond the control of CookieJar Shooting.

CookieJar Shooting therefore does not guarantee any specific sporting outcome, including improvements in shooting percentage, playing time, team selection, contracts or athletic performance.

12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for performing drills and training activities safely and according to their individual abilities.

Customers should stop an activity if they experience pain or believe that continuing may be unsafe and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified medical or other relevant professional.

CookieJar Shooting does not provide medical diagnosis, physiotherapy or medical treatment.

13. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers who conclude a distance contract generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the requirements and exceptions provided by applicable law.

14. Early Start of Services

Where a consumer requests that CookieJar Shooting begin providing a purchased service before the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the service will begin early only where the legally required request, information and declarations have been provided.

The consequences of withdrawing after performance has begun, and the circumstances in which the statutory withdrawal right may cease following complete performance, are governed by applicable consumer law and are explained in the Withdrawal Policy and checkout process.

15. Intellectual Property

Analyses, individualized training concepts, written feedback, training plans and other materials created by CookieJar Shooting are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where applicable.

They are provided to the customer for personal training and development and may not be commercially reproduced, resold or distributed without permission from CookieJar Shooting.

16. Liability

CookieJar Shooting is liable in accordance with applicable statutory law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

17. Privacy

Information regarding the processing of personal data, shooting videos, payment information and other customer data is available in the CookieJar Shooting Privacy Policy.

18. Complaints and Contact

If you have any questions, concerns or complaints regarding your order or any CookieJar Shooting service, please contact us first. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your request promptly and fairly.

19. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to consumers in their country of residence.

20. Changes to These Terms

CookieJar Shooting may update these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to legal requirements, improvements to our services or changes to our business operations.

Any updated version will apply only to future contracts and will be published on this website.
