3. Orders and Coaching Services

When you purchase Cookie Pro or Cookie Pro+ and submit your information, we may process:

  • First and last name

  • Basketball position, if provided
  • Team, if provided
  • Training goals and other information you provide

This information is processed solely for the purpose of providing the shooting analysis and individualized training concept you have purchased, fulfilling our contractual obligations and communicating with you regarding your order.

4. Shooting Videos

CookieJar Shooting requires customers to upload video recordings of their basketball shot in order to provide the requested shooting analysis and individualized training concept.

The videos are used to review your shooting mechanics, identify areas for improvement and provide personalized feedback.

Please only upload videos that you are entitled to provide to CookieJar Shooting. Where other identifiable persons appear in the recording, you are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to provide the recording for this purpose.

5. Video Storage – Cloudinary

Shooting videos are uploaded to and stored using Cloudinary. Cloudinary provides the technical infrastructure used to store and deliver the submitted video files.

Video links are associated with your submission in our database so that CookieJar Shooting can access the videos for the purpose of providing the purchased service.

Cloudinary may use subprocessors and may process data outside the European Economic Area where permitted by applicable data protection law and subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention of Shooting Videos

For Cookie Pro, shooting videos are generally retained for no longer than 90 days after your personalized shooting analysis has been completed, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

For Cookie Pro+, shooting videos may be retained for the 60-day service period in order to review progress, compare mechanics over time and update your individualized training concept.

Where legally permissible, you may request the earlier deletion of your videos at any time. Please note that early deletion may affect our ability to complete the purchased service.

7. Database – Supabase

Customer submissions and order-related information are stored in a PostgreSQL database provided through Supabase.

This may include your contact details, basketball-related information, video links, selected package, payment status, submission status, analysis notes and review information.

Supabase processes this information as part of the technical infrastructure used to operate CookieJar Shooting.

8. Payments – Stripe

Payments for CookieJar Shooting services are processed through Stripe.

When you complete a payment, Stripe processes the payment and transaction information required to complete the purchase.

Stripe may process personal data internationally, including outside the European Economic Area, subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

9. Transactional Emails – Resend

CookieJar Shooting uses Resend to send transactional emails relating to purchases and coaching services.

These service-related emails are not marketing newsletters.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for as long as required by applicable statutory retention obligations.

Certain order, transaction and accounting information may therefore need to be retained after the coaching service has been completed.
